Sculpture Care
- Handle with care
Always pick up your sculpture with both hands, supporting it from the base. Clay pieces—especially those with fine details or delicate parts—can be fragile. - Keep it indoors
These sculptures are meant for indoor display. Avoid placing them outdoors or in areas with extreme heat, humidity, or direct sunlight, which can cause fading or cracks over time. - Avoid water or harsh cleaners
To clean, gently dust with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. Do not submerge in water or use cleaning sprays, as moisture can weaken the clay or affect any painted or sealed surfaces. - Mind the surfaces
Display on a flat, stable surface away from high-traffic areas or curious pets. A small felt pad or soft cloth underneath can help protect both the sculpture and your furniture. - Temperature matters
Keep away from heaters, windowsills with direct sunlight, or areas that get cold drafts—sudden temperature changes can stress the clay. - Store carefully (if needed)
If you ever need to pack your sculpture away, wrap it gently in tissue or bubble wrap, avoiding tight pressure on any fragile details. Store in a sturdy box in a dry, temperate place. - If your art piece happens to experience an accidental break, don’t worry—superglue can work wonders for a clean fix. If the damage is more severe and you’re unsure what to do, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll be happy to help and answer any questions you have!
Sticker Care
- Start with a clean surface — Wipe away any dust, oil, or moisture before applying. Smooth, dry surfaces help the adhesive stick best.
- Avoid constant moisture — While vinyl stickers are splash-resistant, they’re not meant for dishwashers, heavy rain exposure, or repeated soaking.
- Keep away from heat and direct sunlight — Prolonged UV exposure can cause fading or warping over time.
- Press firmly from the center out — This helps remove any small air bubbles for a smooth, lasting seal.
- Gentle removal — If you ever remove your sticker, peel slowly from one edge to prevent tearing or leaving residue.
